Deidy Vicente is a Mexican artist originally from Chiapas, she is a figurative style painter, creator and member, together with the artist Fátima Jiménez, of the muralist duo “Las Kalacas” collective under which they seek transform abandoned spaces in Chiapa de Corzo, Comitán, Tapachula and Tuxtla by covering them with murals with female presences, under the title: “Presence between avenues”.
